The SGV Knowledge Institute hosted the 2026 Philippine CEO Outlook on 6 March 2026, bringing together leaders from government and industries to discuss how organizations can harness the human–machine partnership to drive inclusive productivity and future-ready businesses.
SGV Chairman and Country Managing Partner Rossana A. Fajardo opened the event, followed by a keynote address from Department of Trade and Industry Assistant Secretary Nylah Bautista, who emphasized the role of innovation and digital transformation in strengthening the Philippine economy.
Asian Development Bank Regional Head for Private Sector Development Pratish Halady shared insights on leveraging human–machine collaboration to boost productivity across the region. A fireside chat between Ambassador Delia D. Albert and ASEAN Business Advisory Council Chairperson Jose Ma. A. Concepcion III highlighted the need to accelerate digital transformation and artificial intelligence adoption as the Philippines prepares to host ASEAN in 2026.
Ernst & Young Global Consulting Markets Leader Craig Glindemann discussed emerging megatrends and the need for organizations to adapt to an increasingly technology-driven future. This was followed by a panel discussion moderated by RAF, featuring Jonathan Juan Moreno of Sun Life Philippines and Dr. Salin Kataria of Carelon Global Solutions, who discussed how organizations can build “superfluid enterprises” in the age of the human-machine partnership.
In the final segment, SGV Deputy Managing Partner and Strategy and Transactions Lader Noel P. Rabaja presented highlights from the 2026 Philippine CEO Outlook Survey, followed by a panel discussion with industry leaders Engr. Fulbert C. Woo, Ariestelo Asilo, and Raymund Brett C. Medel on advancing MSME competitiveness in an AI-augmented world.
The event concluded with closing remarks from SGV Ecosystems and Knowledge Leader Christian G. Lauron.
