SGV participated in the ISSB Reporting Practitioners’ Forum held on 20 February 2026 at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Headquarters, convening regulators, standard-setters, and industry leaders to advance high-quality sustainability disclosures aligned with ISSB Standards.
Organized by the SEC with support from the Philippine Sustainability Reporting Committee (PSRC) and UNDP Philippines, the forum featured training sessions led by IFRS Foundation Corporate Outreach Director Neil Stewart and EY’s Global Corporate Reporting Services Leader Michiel van der Lof, followed by a panel discussion on practical insights and implementation challenges which was moderated by EY Asia-Pacific Public Policy Leader Julia Tay.
SGV Sustainability Leader and PSRC Chair Benjamin N. Villacorte participated as a panelist and led the launch of a capacity-building initiative supporting alignment with ISSB Standards.
